Cathay Pacific 'I Can Fly' Program
Cathay Pacific's "I Can Fly" program offers Grade 11 high school students the opportunity to step behind the scenes of commercial aviation to learn if it is the right career path for their future. "I Can Fly" is an exciting program that aims to stimulate creativity while widening the horizons of our next generation.
Program Overview
We provide a 8-week Academy that runs from April through May 2012 and meet once a week in the evening to explore various careers in aviation. Pilots, flight attendants, airport staff and others who work in the airline and travel industry will provide valuable insight into their jobs and offer tips on how to best follow their footsteps.
Through a series of lectures, field trips and hands-on exercises, participants will gain valuable insights into the exciting field of commercial aviation.
