† Terms and Conditions of Ruby 7 Admission Tickets

Sale period: until 25 February 2013.
Each eligible admission ticket entitles the passenger to watch all Rugby matches in a 3-day pass format. Ticket price includes taxes and surcharges, handling & royalty fee for overseas sales.
Valid for departures from 15-22March2013.
Air Tickets must be on CX ticket stock and must be issued from now until 25 February 2013.
Transpacific valid on YVR/HKG/YVR. Or YTO/HKG/YTO CX operated flights only.
All flights must be confirmed prior to issuance of the Rugby 7 admission ticket.
The Rugby 7 admission ticket is non refundable. Refund of the air ticket portion (if any) will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable airfare.
The terms and conditions of the applicable airfare will apply on the air portion.
The Rugby 7 tickets and air fares are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis.
There is no child discount on the admission ticket for the Rugby Sevens.
Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport and after clearing customs, passengers are requested to contact the Vigor airport counter, upon arrival HKGIA and after clearing customs, passengers are requested to contact the Vigor Counter at Kiosk A-12a, Arrival Hall A, Terminal 1 to exchange the Rugby 7 admission ticket by presenting their boarding card, Rugby 7 admission ticket receipt and personal ID from 15Mar-22Mar13. Operating hours 5:30am until midnight.

In case passenger arrive HKG between 23-24Mar13, R7 ticket redemption will be in the HKG stadium. Vigor will set up a temporary R7 ticket redemption counter in HKG Stadium to help those passenger arriving HKG on 23-24Mar13 to redeem the R7 ticket. Passenger are required to present their boarding card, Rugby 7 admission ticket receipt and personal ID.
Any passenger who chooses not to redeem or forfeit his/her rugby admission ticket is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.
Use of the Ruby Sevens admission ticket is subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Any passenger who chooses not to use or chooses not to redeem or forfeit his/her rugby admission ticket is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.
The Ruby Sevens admission ticket cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other idem with Cathay Pacific or any third parties.
